What Is Re-Visioning?

An active little boy, I wore glasses that were often caked with sweat and dirt. Friends and family would often comment, "How can you possibly see?" But I could see, so I just kept right on going. I was so afraid I'd miss something if I stopped.

My grandmother had a gentle way. With great love and just the right touch of assertiveness, she would say, "Albert, why don't you give those to me?" Reluctantly, I turned over my only protection from blindness. Grandma would disappear for a few minutes and then reappear gently drying my eyeglasses with a Kleenex. She then presented them to me and waited for a response.

"Wow, Grandma, what did you do? This is amazing! I can see so clearly."

To this day I can recall the brightness and the beauty of the entire world lighting up and coming into sharp focus. That's a lot like Re-Visioning, a powerful simple experience that will sharpen your focus, enabling you and your leadership team to move forward with ease, swiftness and effectiveness.

Re-Visioning emerged from a biblical practice that my wife Wendy and I have been doing and developing for over fifteen years. I can't fully explain it, but God meets us each time as we Re-Vision. And as we have shared the experience with other leaders, it has had a profound impact on their personal lives and their leadership teams.

Hosted and led by Al and Wendy Newell, Re-Visioning takes place at Newell and Associates HQ/training center/home nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Western N. Carolina in Lenoir (1.5 hrs NW of Charlotte).

What it includes:

- 2.5 days of revisioning, training, consultation for you and your key leaders (3-8)
