Terms and Conditions and E-learning license
Every person who wishes to purchase on-line learning sessions or attend in person courses must agree to the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions may need to be modified. The user is encouraged to periodically review the terms and conditions. Please carefully read the following:
In Person Courses.
Newell and Associates offers the Executive Course in Volunteer Ministry Development Level 1 or Level 2.
Should you need to change your registration, you may substitute another person from your organization at any time. You may transfer your registration to a future course for a $100 fee. You may cancel your registration up to four weeks prior to the course and receive a full refund.
You may not copy, transmit, distribute, modify the copyrighted materials provided during the course and in the course notebook provided. It is specifically for your individual training. You shall also not permit anyone else to use, transmit, distribute, modify the materials provided.
Elearning, license and terms and conditions
License.
Upon purchase you are issued a 12-month license. The license is personal to you and cannot be shared or exchanged or accessed by any other person. You may not re-sell or transfer the license.
You may not copy, transmit, distribute, modify the copyrighted materials provided (including downloadable workbook pages). It is specifically for your individual training. You shall also not permit anyone else to use, transmit, distribute, or modify the materials provided.
We provide the materials ‘as is’ and without any guarantees, whether expressed or implied. We also do not guarantee that the materials will be error free.
In order to provide high quality courses and materials, we may make changes to materials at any time.
Access.
Whether you have purchased individual or bundled sessions, access to the materials is granted for 12 months from the date of purchase. It is the user’s responsibility to complete the session or bundled sessions within the allotted time period. Once a purchase is made and access is granted, no refunds are available. It is the user’s responsibility to communicate any difficulties or problems they are having with access. Any individual sessions or bundled purchases that remain unused on the one-year anniversary of the purchase/ start date will expire and shall be considered used.
We will take reasonable steps to provide you with uninterrupted access to your purchased products. However, your access may be restricted from time to time for reasons beyond our control such as but not limited to, force majeure events, and power outages. In addition software issues, server downtime, Internet traffic, maintenance and other related issues might temporarily interrupt your service. For issues you may contact us at info@ananet.com
Payments and pricing.
We reserve the right to change the pricing of any of our products. This will not impact products that you have already purchased.
Any sales tax relevant to your geographic area where the course takes place will be added to the course fees in accordance with that geographic area’s tax regulations.
Once you have booked an e-learning course or bundled package, the fee is non- refundable. If you cancel or choose not complete the course or any bundled package you will not receive a refund. If you, your organization has purchased a number of licenses and does not use the full number of licenses, no refund will be given.
System requirements.
Prior to purchasing any resource, it is your responsibility to ensure that you possess the necessary system requirements including but not limited to, compatible software, hardware and Internet service. We are unable to provide refunds where your access to products is limited due to insufficient system requirements.
Intellectual property re both on-line and in-person courses.
The user understands that Newell and Associates products, content whether on-line or in person are copyrighted and contain intellectual properties. All the intellectual property whether registered or not is exclusively owned by Newell and Associates. Al Newell, Newell and Associates retains the global intellectual property rights. While you may utilize the intellectual property, you understand that there shall be no transfer of ownership of the same.
Nothing that you see or read in the products purchased or the course attended including workbooks may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, republished, displayed or used for commercial use.
By purchasing and using our e-learning or when attending our courses, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to these terms.
